CAUTION:

Avoid usage of metal spoon and bowl for mixing as it might reduce clay’s effectiveness.

HOW TO USE:

Mix clay with equal parts of raw apple cider vinegar and/or water. Stir the mixture well to a smooth paste. Add more clay or liquid as needed.

FOR THE FACE:

1. Smoothen mask about ¼ inch thick on face and other desired areas.

2. Let dry for 15-20 minutes for normal/oily skin, and 5-10 minutes for sensitive skin. Warming and tightening sensation is expected.

3. Rinse liberally with warm water. Slight redness of the skin is normal and will disappear in about 30 minutes.

FOR THE HAIR:

1. Smoothen mask in sections onto damp/wet hair distributing evenly.

2. Let dry for 15-25 minutes.

3. Rinse liberally with warm water. Make sure to wash all clay from the hair.

FOR BATH:

Add 2-4 cups of clay in bath to absorb toxins.
